I see you
I see you
"I see you" - Why a lioness? They resonate with me because a mother, like a lioness, will always protect her cubs first. They're fierce, strong, peaceful and always watching & protecting.
I allowed my hand to do its own thing and allowed my intuitive painting to take over which is evident in the loose brush strokes and random pastel markings.
Unconsciously I found myself painting a symbolic heart shaped element towards her chest. Its not the first time I've unconsciously incorporated hearts into my Paintings..
Can you see it?
Her eyes are so strong and fierce, truly bringing this artwork to life.
This piece was originally created using a range of mixed mediums, including, pastels, watercolour and acrylic paints.

"I was blown away by every step of Louisa’s process of bringing my parents' dog to life in an incredible pet portrait. From the reference photo consultation, to sneak peaks along the way, an artful packaging and unwrapping experience, it somehow exceeded my expectations even though I knew it would be incredible. I know I’ll come back for more commissioned paintings as gifts to the special people in my life and also for incredible original work someday!"

You can choose to have your artwork printed with a white border (no print area) within the paper size limit. This means the art print will have a 1cm, 2cm, 3cm or 4cm white border (unprinted border) included in the overall measurements as the size of the print increases.
