Shipping policy

Original works: Standard registered post within Australia is calculated in quote. Canvases posted internationally will be unstretched, rolled and secured in a tube. Client may choose to have their artwork internationally shipped on stretcher bars at an additional cost subject to their location.

Standard registered post within Australia is calculated at shipping. If you are enquiring outside of Australia postage will be calculated at shipping.  

All pet/family portraits are shipped flat.

Prints: 5"x7", A5 & A4  prints are shipped flat.

A3 prints and larger are shipped rolled and secured in mailing tubes.

Stretched Canvas Prints are printed on demand & have a turnaround time of 14 working days before being shipped.

Due to COVID -19 there may be some delays in post. All artwork is securely packaged and protected and with tracking.

Louisa Djuric Art is not responsible for undelivered goods based on incorrect shipping address received by the customer.

Once the shipment is processed the customer will receive a confirmation email.
