Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a minimum booking time and how many faces can you paint in an hour?

Minimum booking time is 1 hour. To ensure every child gets a turn, please book according to your guest numbers.

On average:
• 7–10 children per hour for detailed half or full-face designs
• 12–15 children per hour for quick, event-style designs

These are general guides, timing may vary depending on age group and design complexity. When in doubt, it’s best to allow extra time.

Do you have a Working With Children Check (WWCC) and Public Liability Insurance?


Yes! I hold a current Working With Children Check and Public Liability Insurance.

My child recently had a cold. Can you still paint their face?


For hygiene reasons, I do not paint children with runny noses or watery eyes, but I can offer small arm or hand designs instead.

I must refuse to paint any child showing signs of skin allergies or infections (e.g., cold sores, conjunctivitis, styes, chicken pox). This ensures the safety of all guests and prevents cross-contamination.



What areas do you travel to? Is there a Travel fee?


I can travel anywhere! My primary service area is south east & bayside.

Some locations will require a travel fee if more than 25km away

What are your hygiene practices?

All products are safe, water-based, and easily removed with soap and water.

Although allergic reactions are rare, a swatch test can be done on a child if requested.

All my products are purchased within Australia from reputable suppliers such as TAG, Global, and XO.

My Brushes are cleaned between events with brush soap; sponges go through the washing machine regularly and are replaced often.

All children’s faces are to be cleaned prior to painting to ensure hygiene and safety.
