Refund policy

Louisa Djuric Art reserves the right to update prices at any point.

Louisa Djuric Art will honour a 14-day return policy on eligible products. To be eligible for a return your item must in the same condition as it was received.

If returned prints are considered unfit upon inspection, Louisa Djuric Art reserves the right to refuse a refund. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. 

The general refund policy does not apply to custom art and commissions.

If for any reason you are unable to proceed with your commissioned painting a full refund is available within 48 hours of initial payment. Once painting has commenced only a 50% refund will be reimbursed
